Who we are

Kentjana OS is a software platform for small food businesses, developed in Malang, Indonesia. This notice explains what information we collect through kentjanaos.com and how we use it. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect

When you join early access, we receive:

• your name, business name and WhatsApp number;
• optionally, your email address, city, business type and number of outlets.

When you visit the site, our servers and network provider process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page, protect it from abuse and limit repeated form submissions.

How we use it

• to contact you about the early access program;
• to understand your business needs so we can build the right product;
• to keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Resend — delivers the emails generated when you submit the form.
• Cloudflare — provides our network, security and email routing.
• Our own server, which hosts the website and handles form submissions.

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our network provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from automated abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep early access details for as long as the program runs and we are in contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.
